Preface by Carrello. Below are fragments of the real life of a young mother. Pleasant, positive and sociable. We met her by chance, after her emotional review of our high chair on one of the online stores.

We found her experience of caring for and raising her first child interesting. I wanted to get to know my client better. Mila happily agreed.

At some point, it turned out that she was keeping a diary. “You know, I even wanted to write a book once, but then I thought: it's too much... And I'm obviously too lazy. But now I'm rereading my notes from 3-5 years ago, and I realize how much experience I've had...”

Word by word, we agreed that we would publish some parts of her diary. Having changed the names and titles, Mila did not dare to gain fame as a media personality.

We have slightly obliterated the original text of Mila and added our comments there, with the author's permission.

We believe that reading will be at least interesting and as useful as possible for some of the young parents. Well, or those who are just preparing for this mind-blowing status ;-)

How we went to the concert

February 3rd

Evening. We returned from the B-2 concert. Ilyusha is already asleep, Vadik is still rustling in the kitchen, he probably warmed up the lasagna and is finishing it.

The concert is just a break! Vadik gave me the tickets for another month, for the New Year. I remember swearing and saying we couldn't go. Ilyusha was only 6 months old at the time, he had just started sitting.

But then my godmother Sveta came to the rescue. He says: let's sit with a kid! That's three or four hours, no more. He says he already recognizes me, we'll hold out somehow until you arrive. 

And today he's calling: I'm sorry, the gas has been turned off, I'm sitting at home, waiting for the master, I should be there by evening. I can't sit with a kid.. 

I just burst into tears. Well, how so… And she: come to us! Leave Ilya alone. Just bring more of your favorite toys.

…In short, it was with a heavy heart that I left Sveta... Yes, she “talked her teeth out” to the little one, but what will he do when he realizes that his MOTHER is NOT THERE!!

When we returned, we saw a picture: a square was built in the center of the room from sofa cushions, in the center was our home blanket (I also brought it, Ilya often plays on it). And on a blanket, in a pile of giraffes, bears and cars, my son is sleeping...

“I didn't even realize when he fell asleep,” Sveta seemed to be making excuses. But she gave an honest account: she showed a video of him enthusiastically rattling toys in the room. sitting in his makeshift pillow fortress.

…Anyway, it looks like my life won't be the same anymore. You can leave the baby! We need to remember to see how much theater tickets cost, I haven't been there in a hundred years...

Carrello's comment. Let's rejoice with Mila! After all, a child, even a one-year-old, is no reason to give up the opportunity to listen to your favorite band live. By making our products, we strive not only to ensure a safe and joyful childhood for the child, but also a full-fledged life for the parents. We are sure that the birth of a baby is not the beginning of suffering and exploits, but the beginning of new experiences and new joys of life. And certainly not a reason to give up old joys ;)

By the way, a playpen would be very helpful in this Cute situation. This is not only a “portable playground” for a child, but also a piece of his world, where everything is familiar, from toys to “walls". There is also a sleeping place and a portable cot. Is it bad to be jealous?

March 14th

Today I couldn't help myself: I was jealous. I saw a neighbor from another entrance in the courtyard. We don't know each other, all I know is that she has a child about the same age as mine.

So: our children are not even six months old, but they already have a CAR SEAT! We also planned to buy it, but later, when Ilya starts sitting normally. But they have something else: it looks like a basket, the child is lying in it, strapped in, kicking his legs with pleasure.

I couldn't resist asking him to show me closer. By the way, the neighbor turned out to be a very nice woman. She explained: this is such a set. There is also a cradle and a normal stroller, which you can then walk with. I promised to demonstrate tomorrow.

She also showed how this car seat attaches to the seat: it turned out to be strong and safe.

Damn it! We always carry the baby only in our arms, with one of the adults in the back seat. How many trips have I refused just because there was no one with Ilyusha in the back seat or behind the wheel...

Carrello's comment. Most likely, Mila's neighbor is the owner of a multifunctional three-in-one stroller. It's a very practical and strategic thing. In the set: 1) a cradle for children from birth, 2) a walking block for those who are already sitting, 3) a car seat is another device that is attached to the same wheel unit, but easily detaches and has a reliable handle (indeed, the child can be carried as in a basket. And most importantly, this “autocorcine” is securely attached to the back seat of the car. By the way, by installing the car seat on the wheel unit, you can go for a full walk. For example, by driving to the park.

May 12th

Today I had a fight with Vadik ((( I'm sitting and angry at the whole world. I don't know what came over me. The most annoying thing is that he meant well! 

We've been wanting to buy a new stroller for a long time. It used to be cold - we didn't go out very often.

We discussed more than once which one we would buy. To be universal - for both summer and winter. To make it work well. So that the wheels are big. And a mosquito net. And a large hood-a bathyscaphe. And a foot cover...

BUT WE DIDN'T DISCUSS THE COLOR!!! How could he forget that I'm not wearing my favorite orange dress or my favorite “orange” jeans right now! Well, yes, it's my favorite color. But now my body is not my favorite size!!!

I have nothing to wear with this stroller!

And he brought the ORANGE stroller! Ah, in short...

May 14

What a loving husband I have after all! We were at the mall today, and Vadik bought me a new light jacket, an orange turtleneck and a bright flying scarf. And all of them are orange shades. I immediately threw a scarf around my neck - and you know how much I immediately liked my stroller! 

And when we walked along this wide corridor along the boutiques, I - with a new stroller, and with my husband on my arm - it seemed to me that everyone was looking at me, admiring and a little envious))))

Yes, we also bought a new cap for Ilya. It's clear what color :-p

Carrello's comment. Now we know which stroller has become the reason to update Mila's wardrobe. This is a Bravo stroller in amber-orange color. We know that Mila is very pleased with her to this day. And we are glad that we were able to please. And for the husbands, let's say: be sure to pay attention to the color of the stroller - for whom do we try and always create a line of four, and sometimes eight colors of each model??? 

Buy a walker - save your back! 

June 17th

Today, for the first time after a long break, I returned to yoga. God, how wooden I've become! ((It's good that I asked Vadik to sit with the little one. 

My back has been falling off for a month now. After a while, Ilya began to love walking. It is clear that not independently! She showed it once, and since then she's been pulling her handles a little bit - ho! Ho! That's how he learned: he grabs my hands and stomps forward. And I followed him, holding the handles and bending my back uncomfortably. He's three inches from the pot! 

The coach says: why don't you buy a walker? But I don't know myself. Maybe it really is worth it? I'll consult my doctor tomorrow.

Carrello's comment.  We know that they never bought a walker for Ilya: he made rapid progress, and within a few weeks of this diary entry, he began to walk a little on his own. 

But even a month of suffering during such trips is one hundred percent reason to buy a walker! Firstly, it always unloads the parent's hands and creates a cool attraction for the kid “wherever I want, I go there” (for exploring the world, that's it). Secondly, it accelerates the ability to walk. Thirdly, modern walkers are equipped with several interesting functions that contribute to the physiological development of the child.

Today is Ilyusha's birthday. A year old!!! God, I can't believe it's been a year. 

Vadik is in the kitchen washing dishes after the guests, and I'm sitting here, I can't get enough of the gift from Aunt Valya: a high chair, it's also a motion sickness center.

It's just some kind of space! We've been taking it apart and testing it together - I almost forgot about the chicken in the oven.… You can feed them. You can get motion sickness. You can move it and put it anywhere. You can take it on a visit. You can go out into nature. 

And also - very stylish and even kind of ... prim, or something)) I'm just thrilled!   

Aunt Valya said she bought it online. Vadik says: we'll use it for a few weeks, if we're sure it's reliable, it's worth writing a review.… He always writes them, including negative ones. He says: it's not hard for me, but it will be useful for others.

Carrello's comment. Mila and Vadim really wrote a review about our Cascata chair. By the way, it was thanks to him that we met. They also talked about their know-how: using the ability to connect an external USB drive to an audio device, they connected recordings of lullabies that my mother often sang to Ilya. Mila just sang them on a dictaphone, and the baby listened to his mother's gentle voice, even when she was at yoga. Cool idea!

In conclusion, there is another quote from Mila: “Sometimes, walking down the street and seeing mothers with children focused, unsmiling, without joy in their eyes, I want to run up to them, shake them by the shoulders and shout: yes, wake up! Stop suffering, because there are so many joys in life! And yet - there are no opportunities to give up these joys!!!”
